At The Kingsway Practice in Rochdale the doctors and nurses take pride in offering the highest standard of patient-centred healthcare.  We run many clinics for chronic disease care and offer a wide variety of other medical services such as antenatal and postnatal care, minor surgery, childhood vaccinations and well-person check-ups.

GP Care Services

The Kingsway Practice is run by GP Care Services.  GP Care Services Ltd was formed as a company in 2007 as a provider arm to the local PBC commissioning group.  The founders saw this as a wonderful opportunity to improve local health outcomes.  Their vision was based around Standards for Better Health, particularly safety, clinical and cost effectiveness, patient focus and accessible care.

PATIENT PARTICIPATION GROUP

We are currently trying to set up a Patient Participation group at the Practice.  This group is to help us to develop good patient relations and to lobby constructive suggestions in order to improve our service.  Anyone interested in joining should contact Tracy Dempsey at the surgery.  Below is a copy of our recent patient questionnaire and the results from this survey.  There is also an Action Plan below which details actions arising out of our patient survey.
